Cooking anything at my boyfriend's house is anything but easy. This morning, I had the choice of making a salsa and mustard sandwich using three-week old pizzelles as the bread, a teriyaki and pringle breakfast tart or Bisquick Shake & Pour panakes. I uneasily chose to make the Shake & Pour pancakes. Please do not follow the directions on the jug. The pancakes will turn out extremely runny and thin. Just add 2 tbsp. of powder from another jug of Shake & Pour and you will have pancakes that are not amazing, but better than a cream cheese and mentos grinder. Oh, and I am actually writing this while my boyfriend decided to take a trip to the store for the syrup deficiency in his house. Next meal will be at my place!
